Treatment process

Surgical stage To create optimal conditions for comprehensive rehabilitation, the wisdom teeth were extracted. A Straumann dental implant was placed in the region of tooth #36, providing a reliable foundation for the future prosthetic restoration. Bone grafting was performed to restore the required bone volume. To achieve a harmonious smile contour, gingival contouring was carried out in the area of teeth #15–25 using a pre-planned surgical guide.

Prosthetic stage The rehabilitation began with comprehensive digital diagnostics, including digital impressions of both dental arches followed by the fabrication of highly accurate 3D models for detailed treatment planning. Splint therapy was performed to restore the vertical dimension of occlusion, allowing proper function of the masticatory system to be re-established and creating stable conditions for the definitive restorations. The final stage involved prosthetic rehabilitation with ceramic veneers, restoring the natural anatomy, aesthetics, and harmony of the patient's smile.
