Therapeutic stage
A comprehensive oral rehabilitation was carried out, including restorative treatment of teeth 37, 25, 16, 21, 22, 11, and 12, as well as endodontic treatment of teeth 36 and 26. After eliminating all sources of infection, professional dental cleaning and teeth whitening were performed to achieve a harmonious, natural tooth shade prior to the prosthetic rehabilitation.

Surgical Stage
Teeth 48, 38, and 28 were extracted to create optimal conditions for the subsequent comprehensive rehabilitation.

Prosthetic stage
To ensure the proper function of the future restorations, the prosthodontist established the correct centric jaw relation. Following detailed treatment planning, prosthetic rehabilitation of the upper arch and the posterior teeth of the lower arch was completed. The rehabilitation was finalized with aesthetic restorations of the lower anterior teeth, resulting in a natural-looking smile and harmonious occlusion.
