Treatment process

Therapeutic stage
The treatment began with an initial consultation, comprehensive diagnostics, and the development of a personalized treatment plan. Professional dental cleaning and periodontal charting were performed to assess the condition of the periodontal tissues. Root canal evaluation was carried out for teeth #36, #37, and #46, followed by endodontic treatment of tooth #46 to eliminate infection and prepare the oral cavity for further rehabilitation.

Surgical stage
Teeth 18, 28, 38, 48, and 26 were extracted. Immediate implant placement was performed in the areas of teeth 26, 36, and 37, helping preserve bone volume and reduce overall treatment time.

Prosthetic stage
To restore both function and aesthetics, 28 ceramic restorations were fabricated and placed. These restorations recreated the natural anatomy of the teeth, enhanced smile harmony, and ensured proper distribution of occlusal forces.
