Treatment process

Therapeutic stage
An initial consultation, comprehensive diagnostics, and individualized treatment planning were carried out. To eliminate sources of infection, moderate caries of tooth 26 and deep caries of teeth 45, 46, and 47 were treated.

Surgical stage
Tooth 27 was extracted and immediately replaced with a dental implant, helping preserve bone volume and reduce overall treatment time. Tooth 38 was also extracted with simultaneous implant placement. Additionally, an implant was placed in the area of tooth 13 to support future restoration of the dental arch.

Orthodontic stage
Orthodontic treatment with a braces system was carried out to achieve proper tooth positioning and create optimal conditions for future prosthetic rehabilitation. Controlled tooth movement made it possible to establish a harmonious dental arch and improve the aesthetics of the smile.

Prosthetic stage
The treatment was completed with the placement of 28 ceramic restorations.
