Treatment process
01
Therapeutic stage
Revision of tooth 12 was performed. Repeated endodontic treatment of teeth 11, 21, 23 affected by chronic apical periodontitis. This allowed preserving natural teeth with complicated history and integrating them into the overall rehabilitation scheme.
02
Surgical stage: implantation
To restore chewing efficiency and integrity of the dental arch, 10 implants were placed in the areas: upper jaw — teeth 14, 16, 17, 24, 26, 27, lower jaw — teeth 35, 37, 46, 47.
03
Prosthetic stage
Tooth preparation for future constructions. Digital scanning: high-precision digital impressions were obtained. Individual color selection considering anatomical and aesthetic parameters. Fabrication of prosthetic constructions — considering bite height, face shape, smile line. Fitting and fixation of constructions.
Treatment result
- Restored smile aesthetics, elimination of muscle tension
- Returned functionality and comfort when chewing
- Harmonious appearance that meets patient expectations
