Treatment process
01
Therapeutic stage
To prepare for comprehensive rehabilitation, professional dental cleaning and complete oral sanitation were performed. Treatment included deep caries management of teeth 15, 17, and 46, as well as treatment of moderate caries affecting teeth 13, 27, 44, 45, and 47. This allowed for the elimination of infection and proper preparation of the oral cavity for the subsequent stages of treatment.
02
Surgical stage
Dental implants were placed in the areas of teeth 36 and 37 to restore the integrity of the dental arch.
03
Prosthetic stage
To plan the future rehabilitation, the centric relation was determined. The teeth were prepared for future prosthetic restorations, digital impressions were taken, and the shade of the future restorations was selected. Following the fabrication of the prosthetic restorations, a try-in appointment was performed, followed by final placement and fixation.
