Restoration of smile aesthetics and chewing function in a patient with missing teeth and outdated dental restorations.
The patient presented with the following treatment goals:
- improving the aesthetics of the smile;
- enhancing chewing efficiency and overall comfort while eating;
- replacing missing teeth;
- upgrading existing prosthetic restorations with modern functional and aesthetic solutions.
The complexity of the case required a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach involving specialists from several fields of dentistry.

Therapeutic stage
Retreatment of tooth #15 was performed to address chronic apical periodontitis. Professional dental cleaning and oral hygiene therapy were also completed.

Surgical stage
Dental implants were placed in the areas of teeth 14, 21, 22, 24, 26, and 47.

Prosthetic stage
The patient's centric relation was recorded to establish a stable functional foundation for treatment. The teeth were then prepared for the planned restorations, followed by digital impressions and shade selection. Custom prosthetic restorations were fabricated, carefully tried in, and subsequently fitted and permanently placed.
