Treatment process

Therapeutic stage
Comprehensive oral rehabilitation was performed, including professional dental cleaning, cavity treatment, and root canal therapy. Following the completion of orthodontic treatment, superficial caries lesions on teeth 17 and 27 were also treated.

Surgical stage
Third molars (wisdom teeth) were extracted to create optimal conditions for orthodontic tooth movement and ensure a predictable treatment outcome.

Orthodontic stage
A comprehensive consultation and diagnostic assessment were carried out to determine the most appropriate orthodontic treatment approach. A conventional ligature bracket system was placed, and orthodontic treatment was initiated. Upon achieving the planned treatment objectives, the braces were removed (debonding), and a retainer was bonded to maintain the corrected tooth position and ensure long-term stability of the result.
