The patient presented with concerns regarding:

Treatment process

Therapeutic stage
Comprehensive oral rehabilitation was performed, including professional dental cleaning, cavity treatment, and root canal therapy. This eliminated sources of infection and prepared the teeth for the subsequent orthodontic treatment.

Surgical stage
Third molars (wisdom teeth) were extracted to create optimal conditions for tooth movement and to ensure a stable and predictable orthodontic outcome.

Orthodontic stage
A self-ligating bracket system was placed, and orthodontic treatment was initiated. Throughout treatment, regular adjustment appointments were carried out to guide tooth movement and achieve proper bite alignment. Once the treatment objectives had been achieved, the braces were removed (debonding), and a retainer was bonded to maintain the new tooth position and ensure long-term stability of the result.
