The patient presented with concerns regarding:

Therapeutic stage
Comprehensive oral rehabilitation was performed, including professional dental cleaning, cavity treatment, and root canal therapy. This eliminated sources of infection and prepared the oral cavity for orthodontic treatment.

Orthodontic stage
A comprehensive consultation and diagnostic assessment were carried out to determine the most appropriate orthodontic treatment approach. The patient was provided with a set of Crista Comfort clear aligners, and treatment was initiated. Throughout the treatment process, regular follow-up appointments and aligner adjustments were performed to monitor tooth movement and ensure progress according to the treatment plan. Upon completion of the active treatment phase, the attachments were removed, and a retainer was placed to maintain the achieved tooth position and ensure long-term stability of the result.
