Treatment process
01
Surgical stage
An initial consultation, comprehensive diagnostics, and individualized treatment planning were carried out. Dental implants were placed in the regions of teeth 36, 37, 46, and 47, with simultaneous extraction of teeth 38 and 47. At a subsequent stage, the wisdom teeth 18 and 48 were removed.
02
Prosthetic stage
The centric relation was determined to plan the full-mouth rehabilitation. At the same appointment, tooth preparation and digital impressions were performed for the fabrication of temporary restorations at the new vertical dimension of occlusion. Following the adaptation period to the new functional bite height, digital scans were taken again, and the shape and shade of the future restorations were selected. Permanent prosthetic restorations were then fabricated, followed by a try-in appointment and final fixation.
03
Therapeutic stage
Professional oral hygiene.
