Comprehensive restoration of function, aesthetics, and quality of life with All-on-6 implant rehabilitation

This clinical case required a comprehensive treatment approach involving staged surgical and prosthetic rehabilitation to fully restore the function of the stomatognathic system.

Treatment process

Surgical stage An initial consultation, comprehensive diagnostics, and detailed treatment planning were carried out. The upper jaw was restored using the All-on-6 concept with immediate loading. Conventional implant placement was performed in the lower jaw, followed by staged prosthetic rehabilitation.

Prosthetic stage Immediately after surgery, temporary prosthetic restorations were tried in and fixed on both the upper and lower jaws. Six months later, the temporary crowns in the lower jaw were replaced with an implant-supported prosthetic restoration. After the completion of the osseointegration period, approximately one and a half years later, digital scanning with OXO photometry was performed, the shade of the future restorations was selected, and the temporary restorations were replaced with permanent implant-supported prostheses. Following fabrication, the final prosthetic restorations were tried in and permanently fixed.
