Treatment process
01
Therapeutic stage
An initial consultation was conducted, and an individualized treatment plan was developed. Complete oral rehabilitation was performed, including professional dental cleaning, cavity treatment, and root canal therapy. This stage eliminated sources of infection and prepared the teeth for subsequent phases of treatment.
02
Orthodontic stage
Following comprehensive diagnostics, the optimal orthodontic treatment approach was selected. A self-ligating ceramic braces system was placed, and orthodontic treatment was initiated to correct tooth alignment and bite relationships. After one and a half years of treatment, the braces were removed, and a fixed retainer was bonded to maintain the achieved result.
03
Prosthetic stage
To plan the final rehabilitation, the centric relation was determined. Digital impressions were taken, the teeth were prepared for future crowns and veneers, and the shade of the restorations was selected. A wax-up try-in was performed to evaluate the future smile design. Following fabrication, the prosthetic restorations were tried in and permanently cemented.
