Therapeutic stage
Following the initial consultation and comprehensive diagnostics, an optimal treatment plan was developed. Complete oral rehabilitation was performed, including professional dental cleaning, cavity treatment, and root canal therapy. After the completion of the main stages of rehabilitation, moderate caries of tooth 26 was additionally treated.

Surgical stage
To improve tooth positioning and smile aesthetics, the wisdom teeth were extracted. To replace the missing tooth, a dental implant was placed in the area of tooth 45.

Orthodontic stage
A ceramic self-ligating braces system was placed, and orthodontic treatment was initiated. Through controlled tooth movement, the smile line was harmonized, tooth alignment was corrected, and the appearance of the gummy smile was reduced. Upon completion of the active treatment phase, the braces were removed, and a fixed retainer was bonded to maintain the achieved result.

Prosthetic stage
Four months after implant placement in the area of tooth 45, digital scanning was performed for the fabrication of a temporary implant-supported crown. Following the fabrication of the prosthetic restoration, a try-in appointment and final placement were completed.
