Orthodontic treatment for a harmonious smile and proper tooth alignment

This clinical case required a comprehensive orthodontic and restorative approach to create adequate space within the dental arch, achieve proper tooth alignment, and improve smile aesthetics.

Treatment process

Orthodontic stage Following consultation and comprehensive diagnostics, the optimal treatment method was selected. A conventional metal ligating braces system was placed, and orthodontic treatment was initiated. Through controlled tooth movement, sufficient space was created for the proper positioning of the canines, resulting in improved alignment of the dental arches. Upon completion of the active treatment phase, the braces were removed, and a fixed retainer was bonded to maintain the achieved result.

Restorative stage Alongside orthodontic treatment, comprehensive oral rehabilitation was performed. Moderate caries lesions in teeth 11, 21, 37, and 47 were treated, as well as deep caries in teeth 15, 17, 26, and 27. Caries treatment was also completed on tooth 24. This ensured long-term dental health and stability of the treatment outcome.

Result:
