Professional oral hygiene (prophylaxis); treatment of superficial caries in tooth 17; treatment of moderate caries in tooth 15 and superficial caries in tooth 16; treatment of superficial caries in teeth 46 and 47; treatment of superficial caries in teeth 36 and 37; treatment of moderate caries in tooth 27.

Orthodontic stage
Consultation and selection of the orthodontic treatment modality; placement of a conventional ligature-based fixed appliance and initiation of orthodontic treatment; debonding (removal of the fixed appliance) and placement of a retainer.
Result:
- harmonious dental alignment and occlusal relationships were restored;
- temporomandibular joint (TMJ) function was normalized;
- dentin hypersensitivity was eliminated;
- a stable functional and aesthetic outcome was achieved, fully meeting the patient’s expectations.
