Treatment process

01
Restorative stage The treatment began with an initial consultation and a comprehensive assessment of the teeth and dentofacial system. An individualized treatment plan was developed, defining the sequence of the subsequent restorative, surgical, and prosthodontic stages. Professional oral hygiene was performed to remove plaque and deposits and prepare the teeth and gums for further comprehensive treatment. Root canal treatment and retreatment were performed under a dental microscope, providing enhanced visual control at every stage. Deep caries was treated, followed by restoration of the affected teeth.
02
Prosthodontic stage The centric relation of the upper and lower jaws was determined using a facebow and a Kois deprogrammer. Initial digital functional diagnostics were performed using the Zebris system to assess jaw position and interaction and to plan the future prosthetic restorations.
03
Surgical stage The necessary tooth extractions were performed, and the sites were prepared for implant placement. To restore the required bone volume, Category IV bone augmentation and Category III open sinus lift procedures were performed. A JDental dental implant was placed in the prepared site, taking into account the planned prosthetic restoration and future functional loading.
04
Prosthodontic stage The final restoration of dental aesthetics and function was achieved using ceramic veneers and full-contour zirconia crowns. The shape, position, and proportions of the restorations were selected according to the functional parameters of the patient’s occlusion and the individual characteristics of her smile.
Treatment results:
  • the health and function of the dentition were restored;
  • the occlusion and proper relationship between the jaws were stabilized;
  • the required bone volume was restored;
  • missing teeth were replaced with dental implants;
  • the natural aesthetics of the smile were restored with ceramic veneers and zirconia crowns.

A harmonious functional and aesthetic result was achieved. As a result, the patient regained not only her smile but also greater comfort in everyday life, confidence when chewing, and a natural aesthetic appearance of the teeth.
