When you have to have your teeth extracted and can't save them?

The main indications for tooth extraction include the following:

Neglected caries, as a result of which the tooth has crumbled and/or destroyed so much that it cannot be a support for crowns or other restorations.
Chronic infectious lesions, including large-sized tooth cysts, which cannot be eliminated with the help of tooth-preserving operations.
Excessive mobility of the tooth in the hole. Occurs with periodontitis.

What types of tooth extraction are there?

Simple removal
